PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The data provided by data subjects will be used for the legitimate purposes established by ESCUDERÍA TARGA, which include:
- Contacting the data subject to respond to their requests, inquiries, or queries.
- Managing accounting administration, invoicing, and the collection of contracted services and ticketing.
- Managing the information provided by the data subject to offer products and services in a personalized manner.
- Contacting and offering the data subject commercial and promotional information about events, concerts, and services that may be of interest.
LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
The legal basis for processing the data of data subjects for purposes 1 and 2 is the execution of the relevant contractual relationship.
The communication of offers and services to ESCUDERÍA TARGA clients is based on the legitimate business interest of offering our clients the possibility of contracting other services or events with the aim of fostering loyalty. The legitimate interest provided in the GDPR expressly permits the processing of personal data for this purpose.
For the sending of commercial communications to interested parties who are not clients, the legal basis is the express and unequivocal consent obtained from them.

RECIPIENTS AND DATA DISCLOSURE
The data of data subjects will not be transferred to third parties.
Where applicable, data may be disclosed only to Public Administrations and in cases provided for by applicable laws.
DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING
Data used for managing client relationships, invoicing, claims, etc., will be retained for as long as the contract remains in force. Once the contractual relationship has ended, the data will be retained for the period required by applicable law and until any potential liabilities arising from the contract have expired.
Data used for sending commercial communications, creating commercial profiles, and services will be retained indefinitely until, where applicable, a request for deletion is made.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
ESCUDERÍA TARGA guarantees data subjects the exercise of the following rights:
Access and rectification: the right to obtain confirmation of whether we are processing personal data concerning them and to access such data, as well as to request the correction of inaccurate data.
Erasure: to request the deletion of their data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
Restriction of processing: data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data or its portability, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defence of legal claims.
Objection: data subjects may object to the processing of their data in certain situations as provided by the GDPR. In such cases, we will cease processing the data or, where applicable, will stop processing it for that specific purpose unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or for the exercise or defence of potential legal claims.
Portability: data subjects may request the download of their personal data for portability purposes and to transmit it to another entity.
